    Vicarb Heat Exchanger Plates

    1. The plate heat exchanger is a new and efficient heat exchanger composed of a series of heat exchanger plates with a specific corrugated shape. The metal plates are pressed to form heat transfer plates with a certain corrugated pattern. They are sealed around the edges with gaskets, creating thin rectangular channels between the various plates. The four corner holes of the plates and gaskets serve as distribution and collection channels for the fluids. They also effectively separate the hot and cold fluids, allowing them to flow on either side of each plate in the respective flow channels, facilitating heat exchange through the plates.
