    • AISI 304 is usually 0.4 or 0.5 mm thickness
    • AISI 316 is always 0.5 and 0.6 mm
    • 254 SMO (high alloy) typically 0.6 mm
    • Titanium plates are always 0.5 and 0.6 mm
    • Some have thicker plates (for high pressure applications)
    • Some PHEs have 0.4 mm (low pressure operation)
    • Hastelloy C-276 (nickel alloy) typically 0.6 mm

    Production Process:

    • Raw material preparation: Premium-grade stainless steel plates are meticulously chosen for their outstanding corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. The thickness of the plates is precisely determined in accordance with product specifications and design parameters.

    • Cutting and leveling: Advanced machine tools are employed to accurately cut the stainless steel plates, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Following cutting, a leveling treatment is administered to achieve a smooth and uniform surface.

    • Stamping: The leveled plates undergo hydraulic press stamping to impart specific herringbone patterns. This process enhances turbulence coefficient, facilitating efficient heat transfer. Stringent control measures are implemented to prevent plate deformation or damage during stamping.

    • Surface treatment: Various surface treatment methods such as polishing, sandblasting, or coating are applied to the plates to augment corrosion resistance and heat transfer performance. The selection of treatment method is contingent upon specific requirements.

    • Assembly and inspection: The plates are meticulously assembled in accordance with design specifications, resulting in the formation of either a detachable plate heat exchanger with rubber gasket seals or a fully welded plate heat exchanger utilizing argon arc welding. Precise fitting and absence of gaps are meticulously ensured during assembly. Subsequently, a rigorous performance pressure test is conducted post-assembly, and a comprehensive factory report is issued to validate compliance with stringent quality standards.
